What We Treat
Low back and pelvic pain, sciatica, pain in the feet and ankles, and the joint and tendon shifts that come with the hormone relaxin. Getting adjusted throughout your pregnancy can help make sure everything settles safely back into position after delivery, once relaxin leaves the body.
Pregnancy doesn't end at delivery, and neither does our care. Many new moms come in for postpartum adjustments to help their bodies recover and settle back into balance. Healthy mama, happy baby.

Is chiropractic care safe during pregnancy?
Yes. Dr. Green uses a specially designed pregnancy table that lets you lie face down comfortably, even in your third trimester, so care stays gentle for you and your baby.
When should I start seeing a chiropractor during pregnancy?
Many moms start as soon as low back or pelvic discomfort shows up, though you're welcome to come in any time during your pregnancy, even before anything hurts.
Can chiropractic care help after delivery too?
Yes. After delivery, the hormone relaxin that loosened your joints during pregnancy starts to leave your body, and getting adjusted helps make sure everything settles back into place correctly.
Will you adjust my neck during pregnancy visits?
Only if it's something you want. Many pregnancy visits focus on the low back, hips, and pelvis, and Dr. Green will always check in with you about what you're comfortable with.
